Yet I am constantly getting calls about homeowners’ furnaces or boilers not holding up their end of the bargain. It might be your system quit heating entirely or maybe it is just noisy, that maybe a sign of things to come.  Sometimes it’s a part that is going or has gone bad.  Other times, the heating unit simply needs some adjustment.
