We had ductless air conditioners installed over 15 years ago and knew it was time to upgrade them. So we contacted Dok's Heating and Air Conditioning and had Matt come out and give us our options. We decided to go with an updates ductless system, but this time with the heat pump option. I hesitated at first, we already have a furnace, but with the cool April and May weather, it was a great feature to have. We could just click on our ductless units to get the chill out, rather then turning on and off the furnace. Matt provided excellent service. He was punctual and cleaned up after. We will continue to use Dok's Heating and Air Conditioning and will recommend Matt to our friends and family. Thanks for the great work!
A few years ago we had Matt come out and talk to us about our boiler. We decided to upgrade and switch over to propane.What a difference it made and so much cheaper to heat our home.
